Overview

Designed the SRA website (SRLC's associated entity) end-to-end — from initial concept through final launch. Every page, component, and user flow was built from scratch, with full design ownership and ongoing regression testing to ensure each update continued to function correctly as the site evolved.

The work spanned brand identity, information architecture, page design, and the donation experience — with a particular focus on simplifying the path from awareness to contribution.

The challenge

The organization had no existing web presence that reflected their current mission or scale. Everything needed to be designed from zero — not a redesign, but a full build — with a tight timeline, distributed teams across the US and India, and a need to launch before a key fundraising period.

Designing the right donation experience wasn't just a UX problem — it was directly tied to the organization's ability to fund its programs.
