Background
My path into UX started with psychology — and it shows.
I studied psychology at UC San Diego, which turned out to be the perfect foundation for design. Understanding how people think, what they expect, and where they get stuck is what design is really about — and having that framing from the start shaped how I approach every problem.
I've spent the last five years applying that thinking across very different contexts: an enterprise SaaS platform used by three global Fortune 500 CPG brands; a wellness sanctuary website built entirely from scratch; and mobile IoT products where clarity isn't optional.
I'm most at home on teams where design, engineering, and data science actually talk to each other — where decisions get questioned and handoffs are real conversations, not file transfers.
